This
film sums up the Hollywood dream. How many people have moved to Los Angeles in
search of stardom? This film tells the story on the most famous worst movie
ever made – The Room. James Franco is close to spot-on with his
impression of Tom Bissell, the enigmatic character behind the terrible
original, so bad that it’s good. I already don’t have too much more to say
about this one. It’s a pretty average film and yet there was something
strangely warming about it. I think it was because it made me feel happy about
people following their dreams. Even if your dream turns out to be a failure at
least you went out there and did it. These guys went out there and did it, and
it was a failure, but it has since become a cult classic, and has inspired a Golden
Globe winning Hollywood film. It did make me laugh a little bit too.
