famous film that I didn’t like that much. It’s a murder-mystery style film
based in LA, neo-noir I think you’d call it if you’re into movies that much. Former
cop, turned private detective Jack Nicholson is the main character and he’s
good, as Nicholson often is. His dry wit was my favourite thing about this
movie about the Los Angeles county water wars. I would explain the plot a bit
but it’s fairly tangled and I’m not sure I could do it justice. It was too slow
for me. Slow films aren’t always bad, especially with the production quality
these days, but I got bored. It could have just been the mood I was in, so I’m
probably not being fair. It’s my blog though so fuck it, here are my ratings.
